About Dr. Edwards Dr. Anne-Claire Edwards was born in raised in Germany. After moving to the United States she received a B.S. from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She attended the USC School of Medicine from 1989 - 1993. Following graduation she completed internship as well as the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at Richland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Edwards was in practice with Dr. Joseph James at Woodland Way Orthopaedics in Seneca, South Carolina from 1998 - 2003. She joined Foothills Orthopaedics in 2003.
